IW全職奉獻之定義

馬丁路德認為神對每位神的兒女都有呼召。我們認同每個信徒都被召全時間在世界中、教會中、家中、學校中及自己的職業中作神的見證人，宣講天國的福音，建立主的門徒，並歸榮耀與神。

因此，我們對全職奉獻之定義只限於全時間以福音為生之工作，包括牧者、教會或機構同工及以不同形式作工的宣教士。

〔註：帶職宣教士是指那些為了能夠直接與服侍群體接觸而以某類專業進入該環境或在宣教事奉上付上的時間遠超在謀生上的僕人。

IW’s Definition of Full Time Ministry

Martin Luther believed that all Christians have a vocation.  We concur that all Christians are called to bear witness to the Gospel, to build up the body of Christ and to glorify God.

Therefore, our definition of Full Time Ministry is only limited to those who earn a living by serving the Gospel full time, including pastors, Christian workers in church or in gospel organizations, missionaries in various context.

[Note: Tent-making missionaries are those using a certain professional expertise to enter an environment so that they can directly or indirectly serve those communities, or those servants who are spending significantly more time on missionary works than on earning a living.]
